Created with a new process avoiding fermentation of the cocoa beans, Ruby Chocolate retains the natural pink colour of the fresh cocoa beans used – and with that you get a delightfully light and fruity flavour experience!
Just pop it into milk on the hob and stir it in whilst it slowly melts and blends beautifully to make the best hot chocolate.
